No need to downgrade. Also enable MSAA in DXVK. In commandline.txt in game root enable these options: You fix framerate issues by using DXVK. If you want ENB that eats less performance, then you're better off just using ReShade or even SweetFX. Tried downgrading it and it just made the game crash at the starting screen Spent like 12 hours trying to make this bs work. ENBSeries for GTA 4 is the most complex and long developed (because of game patches). I'm an idiot that spend so much time for it. All versions have different look, so better to apply custom preset to proper version for which it's developed.
